Increase Ministries was founded in 1993 out of a desire to focus on helping the Church and individual Christians grow spiritually. The goal is to see believers assume their priestly role in the universal Church. The contemporary Church has become increasingly dependent on professional ministers for carrying out the functions of the Church. God does call and place certain individuals as leaders. However, their primary role is preparing God’s people for the works of service. (Eph. 4:12) The vision of Increase Ministries is to aid in the development of those doing the works of service. Most Christians will never have the opportunity of attending Bible College or Seminary. They will never assume a paid role in the Church. Yet, without their ministry, the Body of Christ will never function to its full potential. Increase Ministries is dedicated to help prepare Christians for service and assist leaders in preparing their congregations to assume their place of gifted service.
